Today a mini symposium at which two of my colleagues and I hold forth about Land, Text and Self Understanding.  I shall explore the story of Rahab, whom you see here listening at the door for the Jericho police to come and fetch the spies hiding in her house.  The two spies are clearly on their way to the roof where she will put them under sticks of flax.  Great story! Check it out.  The other presenters are Dr. Emma O’Donnell and Dr. Jesper Svartvik. It all looks very exciting. I go first, so can relax and really listen to the lectures. As always here in Sweden there is a buffet afterwards. There is also a nice poster which I hope to be able to put up here with some help. Most of you will be barely awake when I begin to speak at 2:15 here. I am hoping for many positive thoughts!
